Advice from June 2020 on ACT, SAT, and practice tests

June 25, 2020

SAT UPDATE

The College Board has opened registrations for the SAT beginning in August. Due to a large number of seniors need to take their first tests and or wanting to retake, the test dates are filling up fast. If you are a rising senior, register now.

ACT UPDATE

Due to the lost testing dates this spring, the ACT has decided to postpone the individual section testing. This will allow more people who need to take the full test to register. The registration
opens July 1st and if you plan on taking the ACT, I suggest you start an account now.

Practice Tests to Determine the Best Test

If you are a rising junior and want to help determine which is best for you, Sandweiss Test Prep offers each diagnostic (practice test) for a one-time fee of $40.00. You will receive a detailed
score report and a best practice recommendation of which test they see as best suited for your student.

Follow the links of their home page to register. Make sure you reference San Ramon FC at the bottom of the registration form.
