San Ramon FC's 2022-23 Competitive Program season came to end in late May, with multiple teams earning league titles and tournament trophies, while the club's spring Recreational 4v4 League wrapped up play in mid-May. 

After nearly a year of team trainings and competitions dating back to the summer of 2022, spring leagues and tournaments often provide competitive youth teams with a good opportunity to further their skills and assess their progress and development over the course of the year. This spring a number of the teams in the club's competitive program finished strong, earning first place finishes in spring league play and placing first or second in spring tournaments.

On occasion, younger teams can play up an age group when the coaching staff deems it to be developmentally appropriate to do so. This spring the 2015G Navy team and Coach Jaclyn McQuiston played up in the 2014 age group division, competing well against the older teams and developing their skills for future competitions.  Meanwhile, the 2006B NPL team and the 2008B NPL team, competing in the top tier of the NorCal NPL Division, both earned a promotion into the ECNL - Regional League, the next level of competition and will start play in the fall of 2023.

Recreational Spring 4v4 League Results

The club's 4v4 spring league featured small sided matches between teams, without goalkeepers or referees. The format allows for more touches on the ball, more goals, and promotes quicker decision making.
